Easy Summer Vodka Lemonade

Summer Vodka Lemonade

Looking for an easy cocktail to serve on a hot summer day?

This lemonade cocktail is made by the pitcher, tastes refreshing, quenches your thirst and looks beautiful. What else do you need?

Summer Vodka Lemonade

  •  1 can pink lemonade concentrate (I used Minute Maid)
  • vodka (I used Absolut Citron)
  • lemon-lime soda (I used Sprite.)
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries

Directions:

  1. Empty the lemonade into a pitcher.
  2. Use the can the concentrate came in as your measuring tool.
  3. Add one can of  vodka.
  4. Continue using the concentrate can as your measuring tool and add 3 cans of lemon-lime soda.
  5. Stir.
  6. Add berries on top.
  7. Serve over ice and enjoy your summer!

** This recipe can also be made ahead of time and frozen to make a slushie-type drink. For that preparation, combine ingredients in a bowl with a lid and freeze.

Yes this does look refreshing! Love the bubbles the Sprite adds to the lemonade.
