An unexpected email affirming my new business venture from someone whose opinion I trust. Launching VineSleuth/ Wine4.Me has been a challenging and exciting experience. Today I received an unexpected email that made me shout with joy right when I needed it.
Friends asking how they can help. I hope you aren’t sick of reading about the friends God placed in my life. They are pretty amazing. And today they continued to make me smile.
Watching my older son keep his cool. Today I could tell he was a bit frustrated with something that happened and, rather than respond, he sat there and let it blow over him. Watching him grow in that way was a great gift.
Taco Tuesday. Making dinner and hearing the kids ask for seconds always makes me smile. That happened today and so we decided Tuesdays should be taco night. That’s a gift of happy children and easy meal planning. SWEET!
