Vision Boarding with Focus in my Planner

Last week I took the vison-boarding concept to my quarterly planner.

Typically, at the start of a new journal or planner, I’ll go through magazines to find images words that appeal to me and glue them into the opening spread to remind me where I want my focus to be.

I’ve use quotes, words, pictures of my family and once a scripture card.

I’ve always wanted to include Bible verses in my vision-boarding and planner decorating, but never took the time to type and print them up… until now.

Last week I did just that.

I had come across some background images in Food & Wine that I thought were fun and bright, but wasn’t sure what to do with them. I loved the bright colors and images, but I knew I needed more, something grounding and still freeing. So, instead of using magazines for the words, I typed up a few passages from the Bible that inspire me and that I want to keep top of mind. I applied fun fonts and different colors, printed them out used them. instead of hunting through magazines for words. Then I added a bit of washi tape to round it out.

I wanted to be really be intentional with these pages. I’m really happy with how this one turned out.

Here’s a glimpse:

The picture is a bit tiny, so in the event you are curious, here’s a PDF of the verses I used:

I hope this inspires you in some way.

In love,
