Yippeeee—- It’s Day 3 of the New Testament in 40 Days!

How’s it coming? Are you still with me? Are you soaking all of this in?

Here we are at Day 3 of our reading plan and I am THRILLED that you are reading alongside me… well, kinda alongside me. I guess you are reading at your place and I’m at mine, but I still feel the super cool connection knowing that so many of us are reading the New Testament daily… hearing His words from the page bit by bit and hearing his whispers in our ears and hearts, too.

Today our reading assignment is Matthew 13-18. And I promise you it is all pretty amazing stuff.

A note on the schedule…

On this third day, things might start to get challenging in keeping up. Three days of a new habit is 100% something to celebrate, as it is also a touch of a challenge. This extra time takes commitment. It takes a little schedule shuffling as it becomes part of your day. It takes reminding yourself why you opted in and why this is important to you. And it takes prayer. I am praying for each and every one of you to keep reading with me, day by day, and I would like for you to also pray for our group… and perhaps individuals you see in the comments.

I know you can do this. And I know reading every word, start to finish WILL be worth it. (Yes, even if you aren’t studying it this time.)

If this happens to be the first you’ve heard of challenge, it is not too late to start. Pop over to Day One of the New Testament in 40 Days to learn more… and then join us.

Peace, love and joy in reading to you, sweet friend,
