Scripture: Genesis 15:6
And Abram believed the Lord, and the Lord declared him righteous because of his faith.
Observation: Abrams faith is what saved him. And, yes, it was a strong faith! But faith is what brought righteousness.
Application: It’s faith. Faith is what saves. The rest is just gravy. But if you have true faith and are saved, wouldn’t you want to still express appreciation and love?
Prayer: Lord, thank you for your love. Thank you for reaching out to me. And thank you for accepting my faith as enough for such an incredible gift.
