Psalm 17: He hears me… and you, too

Today’s devotional just makes me smile…  hope it does the same for you. He is right there for us always.

Here is what I heard in Psalm 17:

Scripture: Psalm 17: 6-7

I call upon you, for you will answer me, O God;

incline your ear to me, hear my words.

Wondrously show your steadfast love,

O Savior of those who seek refuge

for the adversaries at your right hand.

Observation:

God answers when I approach Him. He answers with love to those who seek Him.

Application:

I see this time and time again: He is right here when I reach out. He listens. He guides. He comforts.

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for listening, guiding and meeting me every single time I reach out to you. Please guide me and help me to stay the course you have set for me. Things are getting even more hectic. Thank you for this reminder to reach out to you for solace, as you will hear me, guide me, and continue to show your powerful love if I just remember to seek you. That is some powerful stuff. Thank you so much for listening to my cries out to you.
