SOAP: He is my strength. Always

“He is my faithful love and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer

He is my shield, and I take refuge in him; he subdues my people under me.”

Psalm 144:2

Observation:

He is always here/there. He is my strength — waiting through my sin and my good — through all. He wont leave me.

Application:

Wow! That’s actually pretty powerful. Through all, He will be here. No need to hide in sin, to stay away — because even in my sin (and perhaps especially!) He is my STRONGHOLD, my DELIVERER. my FORTRESS and He remains FAITHFUL.

Prayer:

Thank you Father for all of this, for being my faithful love, my fortress, my stronghold, and my deliverer. Thank you for your love everlasting and this reminder of that love. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
