Journaling through the Bible in 90 days: Week 2

How’s it Going?

Well done, You, for being here! (And I mean that if you have read one chapter of the Bible with us, or if you are completely on track, or if this is your first time even thinking about reading the Bible.)

The fact that you want to read the Bible in its entirety is a wonderful thing and I’m so stoked for any of you who are joining us on this journey.

You’ve got to know that I really want to know how you are doing in the reading. Otherwise, it’s just me over here reading and writing each day, growing in my own relationship with God but wondering… is anyone out there? Are my writings and reading plans helping anyone else?

So please do check in today with a comment and let me know:

  • Are you reading with us?
  • Are you on track?
  • How is the experience going?
  • And, if you’re up for sharing publicly, how can we pray for you?

I love guiding you. And I love hearing about the journeys of those reading with us. So please let me know what’s up. I would massively appreciate it.

With that being said, here are the tools to help you in week 2.

Bible in 90 Days Week 2 Reflection Questions:

  • What are some of the things that surprised you in the reading last week? How do you feel about them?
  • Has anything really stood out? What?
  • Take a look at your Bible and see how far you’ve come. How does that feel? Kudos to you for reading that much!
  • Has it been harder or easier to fit in the reading than you expected? Why do you think that is?

  1. Hi Amy,
You are not alone. I am journeying through the Bible in 90 days with you and the others as well. I also invested in the journal as well and it has been helpful to record my daily SOAPs.

At the moment, I am on track with the reading plan and just finished my day 8 reading. I find it is easier to read first thing in the morning. The weekend has been a bit more difficult since everyone is home all day and not at school or work.

I am really enjoying the experience and just having a consistent time with God and allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to me through the scriptures.

Thank you for your guidance, Amy. Here’s to a successful week 2 ahead…
