Mommy’s exercise sticker chart
Okay, so it’s not exactly a sticker chart, but it’s pretty much the same idea. I’ve been having a tough time getting myself motivated to actually get the simple exercise done that I need to do. I’m even slacking on my super-simple ab exercise which really does get results… but only if you do them.…

November Reading Club: Service
When the idea for the monthly discussion group/ reading club first came to me, the reading was not supposed to be of the Christian “guided self-help” genre. I wanted us to grow our minds beyond reading about our faith. But I’m making a change this month. Last week I shared this month’s reading topic: Service.…

Another yummy soup
I just made this delicious Butternut Squash soup and oh my goodnes is it good! This was my first butternut squash experience, too, and I am so glad I branched out. The soup is rich, creamy, filling and, if you use fat free chicken broth, only 4 WW points per 1 cup serving. Cha-ching!
