Is your check in comment missing?
Yesterday I made the switch to use Disqus for our commenting system on MomsToolbox. In making the switch, all of the comments had to be exported, processed and sent back to MomsToolbox. The processing has hit more speedbumps than I expected and, unfortunately, many of the check in comments from Monday are not showing up…

Blogging Through the Gospels: Jesus did much more than we even know
The reading for Saturday is John Chapter 21 . Here is what I heard: Scripture: John 21:25 Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written. Observation: Jesus did much more…

Why should you read the Bible in 90 days?
Guest post by Bible in 90 Days grad and mentor, Daenel. For me, it was a journey of self discovery, spiritual growth and connecting to God. I grew up in the church (both my parents are preachers), so I thought I knew the Bible. I’d read it during church services, I’d even read it as…

A special dessert for a lady party… and my family
While I was cutting angel food cake, whipping cream and washing berries to make a trifle yesterday, my son came up to me. “Is this for dessert?” he said, expectantly. “Oh, honey,” I said, “This is for my lady party. I’m going to have dinner with some friends tonight.” And then the gravity of my…
