Bible in 90 Days Week 13 Check in Post

We are so, so very close now! I feel like these three months have f-l-o-w-n by!

I am so grateful to each of you for jumping in and reading God’s Word, all of it, in our community! (And I am grateful and excited for you whether you finish in 90 days or not, by the way.) Now just think what could happen if each of you convinces 2 more to do it (either here or by starting an in-person group). What could we get going, together, just by asking more to read with us? Hmmmm.

On that note, our next Blogging Through the Bible in 90 Days/ Bible in 90 Days session will begin on Monday, July 11. As it gets closer, I will post information on signing up to read with us.

Before then, I will begin Blogging Through the Gospels on Monday, April 4, (Next Monday!!) and continue until just before the next Bible in 90 Days session begins. I will post a reading schedule soon and hope that you will join me for a slower-paced read and study. We will read, SOAP, and discuss our reading of the gospels (in order) over 14 weeks.

But before we get there, let’s talk more about our current Bible in 90 Days session!

Like I said, I am very excited that each of you who jumped into this journey and I would love to hear your stories.

As you finish, please send me an email directly by using the email button on the top right of MomsToolbox. Soon I will  begin listing finishers, and I will use your email to confirm your information, as well as send you information to order I Did it! Bible in 90 Days T-shirts, if you are interested. Feel free to send me your honest feedback on the program. Please keep in mind that this is entirely volunteer-based, but we are always looking to improve! (And I’m always looking for grads who want to help!) On that note,  please also let your mentor know when you finish.. She has been praying for you all along!

Also, I would love to read your stories about this experience. There is a check in link up today, and there will also be a Day 90 link up that will go up on Saturday, April 2, which is Day 90. If you are a blogger, please consider sharing about your experience on your own blog and linking back to MomsToolbox.com for those who would like to get more information and join us for our next session beginning July 11.

It is my hope that all bloggers participating will link up on on this Saturday’s Day 90 check in. Think of what an amazing statement we can make on the internet about our faith if we could get every blogger participating to link up in some way!!

Blogger or not, please also consider sharing your story with me via email, too. Like I said, I love to read how this program is changing lives and I love to share them with Ted Cooper who created the 90-day format and schedule. And I love to share your emails on MomsToolbox, too. :) (Only if it is okay with you, though. I promise.)

Do you feel there is no way you will finish by Saturday?

Don’t give up. Please keep reading.

Please leave a comment in your group check in and another one here in the general comments so we can all pray for you. And don’t give up. Set a new goal if you have to and don’t miss that one. I will post a 100 Day check in on April 12, so consider reading like crazy and becoming a grad then. You’ll still be a 90 Days program grad in my book! :)

Get ready for the week ahead of you

We are most definitely in the homestretch, with only 5 more days of assigned reading… the remaining 2 are there for grace and catching up. YOU CAN DO THIS! Make a point to pull out all the stops and finish with us if you possibly can. It will be so worth hit!!

  1. So, only 9 days late, I’m pleased to report I finished Revelations a few minutes ago and am basking in the glory that I have completed reading the entire Bible in 90 (well 99) days.

Thank you for offering this amazing opportunity.

  2. Amy, I’m still here! Actually, technically, I’m in TX now, but what I mean is I’m still reading. I will finish on Saturday as that’s my birthday gift to myself: time to finish! It’s been a crazy few weeks, but this week topped them all. I was actually waving to you as we flew into Houston yesterday!! Of course, we flew out within the hour, but the thought was there :)

  3. I’m in Acts and have the finish line in site. Keep me in your prayers – Looking forward to see everyone on April 2nd.

  4. I’m in Mark. Pretty far back! But I will keep reading and would appreciate prayers that I would continue to push and find more time to devote to it.

Amy, back when I was pretty caught up with the reading, I had decided that I wanted to go through the New Testament again when I was finished, so your idea about the gospels is exciting.

    Getting off to go read!

  5. I’ll repost this from my group:
Well, the bad news is that I’m 14 days behind. The good news? I’m up from being 34 days behind less than 10 days ago. I’ve SERIOUSLY cut down on my internet useage, and I’ve skipped watching shows I usually watch at night with the husband. I’ve been waking up an hour earlier too, to get just that little bit of extra reading in. I’m trying very hard to finish on time, just not sure it’ll happen!

Now off to finish Matthew and try and get a few more pages read tonight — no ‘House’ for me tonight!

  6. I’m on Mark 6 right now! I’m “cheating” a little and listening to my Bible on the way to work in the morning for 15 minutes so I can squeeze in some extra every day. I started doing this last week when I calculated how much I’d need to do in order to be finished in time. I’m working hard at it!

  7. I will not be able to finish on time. Life just became way to hectic. I am continuing to read, although slowly, and I may be able to get somewhat caught up by day 100, but I’m not going to hold my breath.

Congratulations to all of you who did make it through! You must be so proud.

Reading through the Gospels sounds like a good plan too. Don’t think I could do both, but maybe in the future. Thank you again for this blog and for the weekly encouragement.

    1. Keep up the good work, and keep reading! You will be so glad you did- no matter when you finish!

  8. I am super behind…will not be able to finish on time, but do plan to continue reading and finishing! Congrats to those who DID make it! Maybe I’ll make it in 100 days? Hmmm…it’s possible, maybe…Blessings to all!

    1. You can do it, just keep reading! Finishing is so worth it!

  9. That sounds great! That is a really great idea for the break!
